I disagree, this is far from being clear, yes this is your game and account but it does not say anywhere that you can play two games at a time nor only 1 game at a time, 9.1(a) is talking about the gog servce (As clearly stated in 9.) and gog content (9.1 this is not gog content, this is a game you have bought from gog), when you are playing LAN in your own home you are not using the gog service or gog content.
